No FEAR Act Training

No FEAR Act training ensures that federal agencies meet their obligations to inform and educate their employees regarding the Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA). The Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation (No FEAR) Act was enacted in 2002 to increase the accountability of federal agencies when it comes to violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws.

This ethics and code of conduct training course provides an overview of the provisions, rights and remedies of the WPA.
