3C Business Change Model Courses
The 3C business change model focuses on three factors for organizational success: Customers, Capability, and Culture. This series tackles each of those factors in separate courses. The courses answer questions on how to deliver value to customers, how to improve capabilities, and how to redefine organizational culture through engaged leadership and empowerment.
