ACE at Work in UTC

UTC engaged GLS to conduct a needs assessment, design and develop a training product for new employees on its core quality program known as ACE. The resulting program, ACE at Work in UTC, includes:

  • A short documentary on the importance of ACE to UTC employees around the world,
  • Opening and closing self-assessment instruments,
  • An interactive scenario where users experience the role of ACE along a complete UTC value stream, and
  • Comprehensive references including a Tool Box and Success Stories from all UTC businesses.

The hybrid solution can be delivered via the Web, on CD-ROM or as instructor-facilitated training. It is being localized to 10 languages and deployed in 200 countries.
