To communicate product knowledge and brand identity for the the latest Intel products to employees of retail computer outlets, and to increase sales though more effective selling skills, GLS built a high-energy, fun, interactive multimedia CD-ROM sprinkled with animations, on location video clips, smooth music and cool graphics.
The sales staff works through a series of lessons with the aide of an online mentor who guides them through the material in a fast-paced, engaging atmosphere. The program measures content comprehension through on-screen quizzes and captures data to the course website. Store and regional managers are able to track progress on an individual, store, or regional basis.
