Cyber Security Training Awareness (CSAT)

GLS provided the US Department of Education with a customized Security Awareness program that has enabled the entire agency to reach its compliance objectives within the first year of its implementation. For over 15,000 employees and contractors, GLS developed a user friendly, web-based format that allows an animated mentor to interact with learners. The program is web-based and hosted and maintained by GLS.

GLS, as part of this turn key solution, also customized its proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) to provide the DoED with accurate user tracking, reporting and completion activity. Customized reporting and tracking also reduced management and administrative support costs by the agency. This program meets all government (FISMA) standards and is designed to orient and train employees to create a culture that is ‘security aware and security minded’.
